Two milestones today: 2 years since my partner Ted and I decided to start toying with this whole “gamechanger” concept, and the release of the GameChanger Baseball / Softball Scorekeeping application version 2.5.  The deceptive part of that “2.5” moniker is that it’s really 2.5.6.1.  All those extra numbers mean that between the time we decided the changes made since our last 2.4 build were good enough to warrant a 2.5.0.0 version stamp, we made hundreds of changes and oodles of builds.

And over 2 years, we’ve gone through thousands of versions of our iPhone app, and thousands of versions of our website.  Every day I push our team to “send it up.”  Finish a unit of work, test it, and then get it up on www.gamechanger.io immediately so our users can see it.  We ship, every day.  Baby steps.  Thousands of them.

But looking back now, it’s amazing to see how far we’ve come by putting one foot in front of the other, and never letting up.
